白腐菌生物膜的形成及其性能的研究
Formation and Properties of Biofilm in a Fluidied-bed Fungus Bioreactor
【摘要】 用生物流化床研究了白腐菌形成生物膜的条件、生物膜的活性及其稳定性,白腐菌生物流化床处理2,4-二氯酚的效果。结果表明,选择适合的水力停留时间,白腐菌可以形成生物膜,生物膜的活性高,稳定性好。在生物膜流化床中白腐菌不易流失,能维持较高的浓度,处理2,4-二氯酚的效率达到91.2%,为白腐菌的工程应用探索了一条新的途径。
【Abstract】 The formation of biofilm by white-rot fungus (phanerochaet chrysosporium) in fluidied-bed bioreactors, the activity and stability of the biofilm, and its efficiency on the biodegradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) were studied. The results showed that at optimal hydraulic retention time, the fungus could form steady biofilm with high activity and stability on the carrier surface. The fungus could not easily flow away and keep high mycelia concentration in bioreactor that could degrade 2,4-DCP up to 91.2%. This study will provide a new way for the realistic engineered bioreactor application of fungus.
