溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米级ZnO:Eu,Li红色荧光材料
Preparation of Nanometer Material ZnO:Eu,Li with Red Fluorescence by the Sol-Gel Method
【摘要】 以乙酸锌为主要原料,探讨了用溶胶-凝胶法合成纳米级ZnO:Eu,Li红色荧光材料的制备工艺;同时用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪、荧光光度计对合成产物的结构和发光性质进行了研究。结果表明:在掺杂元素铕和锂的摩尔比为4∶1、乙酸锌与柠檬酸三铵的摩尔比为1∶2、煅烧温度为600℃的条件下,可以合成出ZnO:Eu,Li红色荧光粉体,其粒径在70nm左右,发射峰值波长为620nm,掺杂元素Eu和Li均已进入到ZnO晶格中,形成了以Eu3+为发光中心的六方晶形结构。
【Abstract】 The preparation technology of nanometer ZnO:Eu,Li powder with red fluorescence material by Sol-Gel method has been discussed. Through SEM, laser granularity analyzer and fluorescence photometer examination, it was indicated that red fluorescent powders of nanometer ZnO:Eu,Li can be synthesized, whose particle diameter is about 70 nm, and emissive peak lies in 618 nm. In addition XRD characterization showed both Eu and Li have entered into the crystal of ZnO by which fluorescent center of Eu3+ also can be formed. The optimum synthetic condition is that the moral ratio of Eu∶Li is 4∶1, Zn(Ac)2∶(NH4)3C6H5O7 is 1∶2 and calcination temperature is 600?℃.
