【Abstract】 After joining the World Trade Organization(WTO), China will eventurally sign the Government Procurement Agreement(GPA) and open the government procurement market toward the world.So something must be done in our legislation to prepare for it,the regulation system in the government procurement and its running rule should fit the common requirement of international procurement law.This paper,from the view of legislations and the scope of the government procurement,compares and analyzes the GPA and the legislations of the government procurement in China,and then proposes some countermeasures for the coordination between the legislations of the government procurement in China and the GPA.更多还原
