【摘要】 企业、大学、科研机构、各类中介组织之间在研究开发上的有效合作,是提高国家经济竞争力和企业市场竞争力的持续来源之一。本文考察了美、英、日等国及中国产学研联合创新的实践,从合作模式和合作机制两个方面进行了中外比较研究;同时,结合对上海曾经组织参与过产学研联合的企业的实证研究结论,提出了建立动态推进的产学研联合目标、建立多元化的产学研联合模式、建立强有力的产学研联合机制、形成恰当的位势差等推动我国产学研联合实践进一步深入发展,以此提高中国企业竞争力的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effective cooperation among Enterprises, Universities, Research Institutes and other organizations is a continues source of improving economic competitiveness of the nation as well as the market competitiveness of enterprises. The research team studied the practices of United States, Britain, Japan and China in this area, did comparative analysis on cooperation model and Mechanism. The paper raise the conclusion that a dynamic cooperation object system, diversified cooperation model, effective cooperation mechanism, reasonable capability difference are highly necessary.更多还原
