金钗石斛的组织培养和快繁技术

【摘要】 该项目选用宝天曼国家自然保护区野生的金钗石斛茎段,消毒后接种于MS+6—BA2.0+NAA0.5+2.0%蔗糖培养基上诱导出再生植株,在MS+6—BA2.0+NAA1.0+2.0%蔗糖培养基上,增殖系数可达5~6,在MS+KT2.0+IBA0.5+2.0%蔗糖培养基上,培养30天左右,可形成3—4条粗壮的根、6~7cm的完整植株,移栽到小树皮+小兰基石十椰壳粉(1.5:1.5:1)基质上,成活率可达到95%。

【Abstract】 The stemsof uild dendnbium Nobile lindl collectedin baotianman nature reserve were used as materials the sterilized stem tip was then inoculated in the culture medium of MS+6-BA2.0mg/l+NAA0.5mg/l+2.0% cane sugar.The regenerated plant of dendrobium nobile lindl was then cultured in MS+6-BA2.0mg/l+NAA1.0mg/l+2.0%cane sugar.The propagate index can be up to 5%~6%.The bud grews strongly.when incised down and rooted in MS+KT2.0mg/l+IBA0.5mg/l+2.0%cane sugar for 30days,it can be obtained 3~4 strong roots and 6~7cm long of individual plant.The optium transplantation medium is little brak+little stone+coconut shell powder(1.5:1.5:1)and the survival rate is over 95%.
