【摘要】 中国正处于工业化和快速城镇化时期,随着城镇的蓬勃发展,环境恶化呈现出新的特点,污染转移是重要新特征之一。本文简要论述了中国城镇化水平和城镇建设的战略选择及城镇发展的动力,分析了城镇建设和污染转移之间的关系,重点分析了城镇化过程中污染转移的方式、成因和后果,最后提出了解决这一问题的一些策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of towns and townships, there is taking on new characteristics in environmental deterioration during the course of industrialization and urbanizaition in China and the pollution transfer is one of important characteristics. The article has a brief discussion on Chinese urbanization level, strategy selection of town construction and the impetus of town development. It analyses the relationship between town construction and pollution transfer,and the way,cause and aftereffect of pollution transfer in the process of urbanization.
