【Abstract】 This paper presents a Desion Support Method (DSS) for Blackstart based on Multi-(agents) System. The system can supervise the state variables of power system on line through building the corresponding agents respectively, such as generators、bus and breaker et.al, the correspondence and coorperation among these agents, in order to put forward the blackstart scheme after large scale power failures and total systems blackout. Petri-Nets algorithm is used for optimizing the strategy of blackstart, and the purposes is to get more regeneration in less time and to get cooperative control in the same layer ,which traditional control does not cover.更多还原
