成型工艺对xPMS-(1-x)PZN陶瓷性能的影响

【摘要】 采用sol-gel方法预合成钙钛矿结构的PZT,采用固相法预合成MnSb2O6,然后用制得的PZT和MnSb2O6为原料,利用干压法和粉末电磁成型法成型,合成xPMnS-(1-x)PZN压电陶瓷,探讨了成型工艺对材料结构与性能的影响.结果表明粉末电磁压制法成型的样品致密度均达到了95%以上,性能均高于干压法制备的材料,当x=0.55时综合性能可达到最佳,分别为kp=0.46,Qm=391,tanδ=0.54%,ε3T3/ε0=1739,d33=347pC/N.

【Abstract】 PZT piezoelectric perovskite ceramics were prepared by sol-gel process , MnSb_ 2 O_ 6 are prepared by solid phase synthesis process, and then the xPMnS-(1-x)PZN piezoceramics are prepared based on PZT and MnSb_ 2 O_ 6 which are obtained from these methods by pressed green and powder electromagnetic forming. The influence of the synthesis and molding and sinter process on structure is ascertained. The results show that the density of the sample pressed by powder electromagnetic forming all achieves above 95%, the performance all is higher than the material prepared by pressed green. When x=0.55, we got the best general performance. The main electrical properties are as follows: k_ p =0.46,Q_ m =391,tanδ=0.54%,εT_ 33 /ε_ 0 =1739,d_ 33 =347pC/N.
