(1-x)PST-xPZT弛豫铁电陶瓷阻抗谱的研究

【摘要】 将具有良好热释电性的Pb(Sc0.5Ta0.5)O3(PST)与Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT)复合,制备出了具有钙钛矿结构的(1-x)PST-xPZT(PSTZT)驰豫铁电陶瓷.对极化后的PSTZT样品进行了小信号交流阻抗谱测试,发现PSTZT的交流阻抗谱主要由压电振子谐振圆和部分陶瓷晶粒晶界圆组成.从前者获得了PSTZT全部压电陶瓷参数,从后者推出了晶粒是电阻塞产生的主要原因.

【Abstract】 The relaxor ferroelectric ceramics (1-x)PST-xPZT(abbr. PSTZT) with perovskite structure were prepared through complexing Pb(Sc 0.5 Ta 0.5 )O3(PST) with nice pyroelectricity and Pb(Zr 0.52 Ti 0.48 )O3(PZT) solid solution. Poled sample was tested by complex impedance spectrum at weak signal. The complex impedance spectrum consists mainly of resonant cycle of piezoelectric resonance and a part of impedance cycle of grain and grain boundary. Through the former, all piezoelectric parameters of PSTZT ceramic could be acquired, and it was concluded that the grain boundary placed the main role in resisting current.
