聚乙烯中的微量水份对其空间电荷分布的影响
The Influence of Micro-content Water on Distribution of Space Charge in Polyethylene
【摘要】 作者通过红外吸收光谱法(FTIR)、热重分析法(TG)和压力波法(PWP),分别对低密度聚乙烯以及以0.5%Al2O3粉末掺杂的低密度聚乙烯在干燥前后的有关空间电荷行为进行了比较,定量给出水份含量和对应的空间电荷特性.研究发现,微量水份对低密度聚乙烯特别是掺杂Al2O3粉末的低密度聚乙烯材料中空间电荷的形成、运输及分布有着显著的影响.
【Abstract】 The authors compare the behaviors of space charge in dried and undried low density polyethylene(LDPE) and which doped with 0.5% Al2O3 powder via infrared(IR) spectrum method, thermogravimetry and the Pressure Wave Propagation(PWP)method, and the water content is quantitatively measured. By the experiment, the authors find that the micro-content water has a dramatic influence on the formation, transportation and distribution of space charge in the LDPE, especially in the LDPE doped with Al2O3 powder.
