电子束辐照对PMMA样品介电常数的影响研究
Influence on Permittivity of PMMA after Electron Beam Radiation
【摘要】 分析电子束辐照对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethyl methacrylate,PMMA)样品介电常数的影响.实验发现辐照引发样品空隙度的增加使介电常数减小,空间电荷的积累作用使介电常数增加,并利用Clausius-Mosotti方程对PMMA样品介电常数的变化的物理机理进行了分析.
【Abstract】 The effect of electron beam radiation on permittivity of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) samples was investigated. Experimental results show that electron beam radiation makes the increase of porosity in samples at first and then decreases permittivity. The accumulation of space charge increases permittivity. Clausius-Mosotti equation was utilized to analyze the change of dielectric constant in PMMA samples after electron beam radiation.
