MgO取代CaO的CLST陶瓷的介电性能
Effects of Substitution of CaO by MgO on the Dielectric Properties of CLST Ceramics
【摘要】 研究了固相反应制备MgO取代CaO对CaO-Li2O-Sm2O3-Ti O2陶瓷性能的影响.在1310℃烧结的纯CLST试样XRD谱中观察到微量金红石相.在不同温度下烧结的MgO量的陶瓷,取代量x=1~8范围内形成了单一的钙钛矿相.当x>8时,形成含钙钛矿的两相结构.在1MHz下测得的tanδ随MgO量增大显著降低,εr也随之下降.1250℃烧结取代量x=12试样,tanδ=0.0005,εr=44.61,τf=-104pmm/℃.
【Abstract】 The effects of MgO substitution for CaO were investigated for the modification of CaO-Li_ 2 O-Sm_ 2 O_ 3 -TiO_ 2 (16∶9∶12∶63) composition (abbreviated for CLST) ceramics. The sintered CLST at 1310℃ show the perovskite CLST phase and slight rutile (TiO_ 2 ) phase. The modified ceramics of(16-x)CaO-xMgO-9Li_ 2 O-12Sm_ 2 O_ 3 -63TiO_ 2 (CMLST-x)exhibited single perovskite phase for x=1~8 were sintered at variety temperature. As the MgO content increases from 0 to 16mol %, the tanδ value decreases sharply, whereas ε_ r of CMLST ceramics decreases, while the material sintered at 1250℃ shows optimum properties, tanδ=0.0005, ε_ r =44.61,τ_ f =-104pmm/℃ for x=12.
