晶种诱导水热合成二硫化钴CoS2粉体
Hydrothermal Synthesis of CoS2 Powder by the Seed-Induced Method
【摘要】 在水热环境中,以EDTA作为螯合剂,加入NiSe2作为晶种,在碱性条件下合成CoS2粉体.借助X射线衍射(XRD)对所得产物的晶相组成进行表征,并用Rietveld法对样品进行结构精修,结果表明,样品为AB2型立方结构,空间群Pa3,晶格常数a=5.5340.
【Abstract】 CoS2 powder was synthesized by EDTA-assisted hydrothermal method under alkali conditions, adding NiSe 2 as seeds. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to characterize the structural features of sample.The XRD pattern was refined by Rietveld method. The refinement data indicate that the products are AB2 cubic system, spacegroup Pa-3, lattice constant a=5.5340*!.
