高性能、高居里温度压电陶瓷研究进展
Progress on Research of High Performance, high Curie Temperature Piezoelectric Ceramics
【摘要】 随着现代科学技术的发展,迫切需要能够在更高的温度下工作的新型压电陶瓷材料及其器件.作者介绍了高性能、高居里温度压电陶瓷材料的研究进展,认为高性能、高居里温度压电陶瓷的研究应当着重在陶瓷体系的MPB附近进行研究,在(1-x)Bi(Me)O3-xPbTi O3(Me=Sc,Ta,Ga,Yb,In)基和(1-x)Li NbO3-x(Na,K)(NbyTa1-y)O3基陶瓷材料体系中可望发现新的高性能、高居里温度的压电陶瓷体系.
【Abstract】 New piezoelectric ceramics and devices were needed due to the development of modern science and technology. In this paper, progress on research of high performance and high Curie temperature piezoelectric ceramics was introduced. The research of high performance and high Curie temperature piezoelectric ceramics should be done near MPB of the ceramics system. New high performance and high Curie temperature piezoelectric ceramics could be found in (1-x)Bi(Me)O_ 3 -xPbTiO_ 3 (Me=Sc, Ta, Ga,Yb, In)based and (1-x)LiNbO_ 3 -x(Na, K)(Nb_ y Ta_ 1-y )O_ 3 based ceramics systems.
