复合材料LiNbO3/Terfenol-D的磁电效应
The Magnetoelectric Effect of Composite LiNbO3/Terfenol-D
【摘要】 制备了2-2型复合磁电材料Li NbO3/Terfenol-D,研究了其在不同频率交流激励磁场和直流偏磁场下的磁电耦合效应.为了充分利用Li NbO3晶体大的压电系数d15和d22使其在横场长度伸缩振动模式和厚度伸缩振动模式中获得较大的压电效应,本文选择了(xzt)41°切型的Li NbO3晶体作为复合材料Li NbO3/Terfenol-D的压电相,通过计算其压电系数从理论上得出了与实验比较一致的结果,即该材料具有较大的磁电耦合系数,在频率为114kHz交流磁场的激励下,当直流磁偏场达到1.9kOe时,获得磁电耦合系数的最大值2.1V/cm.Oe.另外还发现一定频率范围内该材料出现了独特的多个最优化直流磁偏场现象.本文对以上现象进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 The 2-2 model LiNbO_ 3 /Terfenol-D composite were synthesized and its magnetoelectric(ME)effect depending on different H_ Bias of various frequencies was studied.In order to take advantage of the large d_ 15 and d_ 22 of LiNbO_ 3 for largest piezoelectric effect along the thickness direction and the length direction,the authors chose (xzt)41°cut type for LiNbO_ 3 as the piezoelectric material of LiNbO_ 3 /Terfenol-D composite. By accounting the piezoelectric coefficients the authors got consistent result from theory and experiment i.e. the big magnetoelectric(ME)effect depending on different H_ Bias of various frequencies . When H_ ac reaches 114kHz at 1.9kOe, the largest ME coefficient were obtained and the value is 2.1V/cm·Oe.The authors also observed more than one optimal H_ Bias at certain frequencies. these phenomena were discussed.
