Ag+,Pb2+对轮藻光合色素及GAP脱氢酶的影响
Effect of Ag+,Pb2+ on Photosynthetic Pigment and GAP Dehydrogenase of Chara
【摘要】 用不同剂量的Ag+、Pb2+胁迫轮藻,研究其光合色素含量及甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶(简称GAP脱氢酶)活性的变化.结果表明胁迫效应随重金属种类、胁迫时间及剂量而变化.胁迫初期二指标变化不大,甚至呈增长趋势;随时间延长二指标显著降低;且胁迫效果Ag+>Pb2+.
【Abstract】 The change of photosynthetic pigment content and Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPdehydrogenase) activity was studied with Ag+、Pb2 +stressingCharaby different doses .The result in-dicates that stress effect changes with kinds ,stressingti me and doses of heavy metal .During stressinginitialstage ,the twoindexes havelittle change ,showingrisingtrends mainly.But they reduce strikingly withti medelaying. And the stress i mpact is Ag+>Pb2 +.
