尿液中可卡因及其代谢物的检测研究
Study on Deterining the Cocaine and Benzyolecgonine in the urine
【摘要】 使用一种简便而快速的电喷雾-液质联用方法对尿液中可卡因和苯甲酰芽子碱的定性定量分析进行实验研究.结果表明在8.325×10-8~3.294×10-6mol/L的范围内呈线性关系.尿液样品用固相萃取柱净化,无需衍生化就可以直接进样分析,并使用等梯度分离条件和选择离子模式进行数据采集,结果满意.
【Abstract】 The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the cocaine and benzyolecgonine in the urine was experimentally studied using a convenient and quick method of electro-spray-coupling liquid chromatography to mass spectroscopy was used to study The results showed the linear relation from 8.23510-8 to 3.29410-6mol/L . The urine sample was purified by the solid phase extractive column and can directly been analyzed without the derivatization. The data can been collected by using the constant gradient separation condition and selecting the ionic mode. The results were satisfactory.
