【摘要】 采用无水乙醇对瑞香狼毒杀虫活性成分进行总提,然后采用萃取、柱层析等方法并结合活性跟踪,从总提物中分离纯化杀灭菜青虫的活性成分.结果从中获得了1个高活性化合物,该化合物对菜粉蝶3龄幼虫的拒食中浓度(AFC50)是154.5mg/L,触杀活性的致死中浓度(LC50)是582.5mg/L,为进一步利用瑞香狼毒创制新型无公害植物农药奠定了基础.更多还原

【Abstract】 After the extraction of the root of Stellera chamaejasme（L） with ethanol by dip, a kind of active ingredient was isolated by dip, systematic extraction and chromatography. With the experiments, the results showed that the AFC₅₀ on the antifeedant activity is 154.5mg/L, the LC₅₀ on contact toxicity adopted dipping pest screening is 582.5mg/L. The extraction against the Larvae of Pieris rapae was investigated. This is the base of the using the Root of Stellera chamaejasme（L） for producing the unpollution plant pesticide.更多还原
