一种基于梯度的非完整十字钻石模型搜索算法
A Gradient-based Remainder Cross-diamond Search Algorithm for Fast Block Motion Estimation
【摘要】 十字钻石模型搜索算法利用了视频序列运动矢量的十字中心分布特性.作者在此基础上,增加了梯度信息,提出了一种基于梯度的非完整十字钻石搜索算法,在保证信噪比的情况下可使平均搜索点数大幅度降低.
【Abstract】 Motion vectors searching algorithm is one of the kernels in real time video sequence compression. In the numeric fast searching pattern, cross-diamond searching pattern takes advantage of center-biased characteristic of motion vectors in video more available, so it becomes the popular searching pattern. Based on the cross-diamond searching algorithm, the algorithm improves a gradient-based remainder cross-diamond search algorithm, by using gradient information. The algorithm reduces searching points greatly, on the condition of keeping the PSNR.
