【摘要】 红毛五加经热水浸提,用Sevag法脱蛋白,经DEAE cellulose32离子交换层析和SephacrylS 200HR凝胶层析纯化得到3个主要多糖组分:AHP I、AHP II、AHP Ⅲ.经HPLC和SephacrylS 300HR凝胶层析鉴定,3种多糖均为均一组分.HPLC测定AHP I、AHP II、AHP Ⅲ的表观分子质量分别为:7.0kD、59.5kD和12.9kD,SephacrylS 300HR凝胶层析进行验证,得到相似结果.更多还原

【Abstract】 Three water-solube polysaccharides, AHP-Ⅰ, AHP-Ⅱ and AHP-Ⅲ from the cortices of Acanthopanax giraldii Hams, were isolated and purified by ion-exchange chromatographies on DEAE-cellulose 32 and Sephacryl S-200.Three fractions were shown to be homogeneous by Sephacryl S-300,and HPLC. The apparent average molecular weight of AHP-I, AHP-II and AHP-Ⅲ was estimated to be approximately 7.0 kD,(59.5 kD )and 12.9 kD respectively by HPLC.更多还原
