Schiff碱过渡金属配合物催化磷酸二酯水解
Hydrolysis of Phosphate Diester Catalyzed by Schiff Base Transition Metal Complexes
【摘要】 将冠醚单Schiff碱钴(II)和锰(III)配合物作为水解酶人工模型,研究它们催化磷酸二酯(BNPP)水解的反应动力学,提出了配合物催化BNPP水解的动力学数学模型,讨论了BNPP催化水解反应机理和配体中冠醚环的影响.
【Abstract】 The crowned mono-Schiff base cobalt(Ⅱ)and magnesium(Ⅲ)complexes were used as mimic hydrolytic metalloenzyme for catalyzing BNPP hydrolysis. Thekinetics of BNPP hydrolysis catalyzed by crowned Schiff base complexeswasinvestigated. Akinetic mathematical model of BNPP cleavagecatalyzed bythe complexes was proposed. The mechanism of BNPP catalytic hydrolysis and the function of the crown ether ring in the ligandwere discussed.
