牦牛骨胶对小鼠应激及免疫机能的功能影响
Study on Immunological Function and Stress Reaction of Bone Glue of Yak
【摘要】 目的:通过实验研究牦牛骨胶对小鼠应激及免疫功能的影响。方法:采用昆明小鼠为实验对象,观察小鼠负重游泳、耐缺氧、高温和低温存活时间,以及正常小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬能力和溶血素抗体水平。结果:灌胃牦牛骨胶能明显增强小鼠耐缺氧、耐寒、抗疲劳的能力,也能增强小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能、明显升高免疫受抑小鼠的HC50 ,具有显著的抗应激和增强免疫功能的作用。
【Abstract】 The rats from Kunming are used in order to test the duration of survival when they are forced to stay in the water with loads, or be in situations such as lacking of oxygen, under high or low temperature. Also we observe the function of reticul oendothelial system of normal rat. And we use the method of medical experimentation to make the rat change into anti-immunity model to observe and test the level of hemolysin antibody. The result shows that the bone glue of yak can resist fatigue and improve the ability of rats to endure the lack of oxygen or low temperature. It can also improve the stress reaction of body, accelerate the reaction speed when the rat is inject with collid carbon granule. Moreover, it enhances obviously the HC_ 50 of the anti-immunity rat, resists the stimulation and strengthens the immunological function.
