【摘要】 洮河系黄河一级支流,也是甘肃省一条重要的河流,其多年平均水资源总量约为51.17亿m3,水能蕴藏量理论值为1908.2 MW,是甘肃省水、电资源开发的重要基地。根据该流域的水资源时空分布的特点,就流域水资源开发利用中存在的问题进行了分析,并结合开发方案,提出了解决的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Tao River is a first-grade tributary of the Yellow River and is also an important river in Gansu province with its mean annual water resources of 5.117 billion m~3 and theoretic energy potential of 221.176 MW.It is the key base to exploit hydroelectric sources in Gansu province.Based on the characteristics of space-time distribution of water sources in the basin,the paper analyses the problems in the exploitation and utilization of water resources in the Tao river basin and puts forward some countermeasures to solve them.更多还原
