脑内血肿微创清除术对脑出血患者灶周水肿及神经功能的影响
Influence of Removal of Intracerebral Hematoma by Minimally Invasive Surgery on Perifocal Encephal-edema and Neurological Function in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage
【摘要】 目的观察脑内血肿微创清除术对脑出血患者病灶周围水肿及神经功能的影响。方法脑出血患者60例,被随机分为微创组30例,对照组30例。两组患者均给予脱水、控制血压等基础治疗。观察两组患者治疗后第1天、第7天、第15天与治疗前病灶周围水肿体积及神经功能缺损评分之差。结果两组患者治疗后第1天、第7天、第15天与治疗前病灶周围水肿体积之差比较,差异显著,(P<0.01),而神经功能缺损评分于治疗后第7天、第15天微创组降低明显,与治疗前之差两组比较差异显著,(P<0.01)。结论脑内血肿微创清除术能抑制脑水肿的形成,促进脑出血患者的神经功能恢复。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of removal of intracerebral hematoma by using minimally inva- sire surgery on perifocal encepbal-edema and neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups:the minimally invasive surgery group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).All of the patients were given the basic treatment:dehydration and control of blood pressure,etc. The differences of perifocal encephal-edema volumes and dysneuria scores on the first,seventh,and fifteenth days af- ter treatment were observed between the two groups.Results There was marked difference between the two groups on the first,seventh,and fifteenth days in the perifocal encephal-edema volumes after treatment(P<0.01);the dys- neuria scores of the minimally invasive surgery group were markedly reduced on the seventh and fifteenth days after treatment and there was a notable difference between the two groups as compared with the condition before treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion The minimally invasive surgery for removal of intracerebral hematoma may inhibit the formation of cerebral edema and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
