【Abstract】 We extensively reviewed relevant literatures in recent years about the safety of breast augmentation,and collected the defined complications such as rupture and leakage of silicon gel-filled mammary prostheses,silicone granulomas,capsular contracture,implant shift,infection and Mondor’s disease,etc. and some controversial secondary complications such as breast cancer,autoimmune diseases,connective tissue disorders and silicone contamination of the breast milk and so on,to elucidate the potential influence of augmentation mammoplasty on health of women and their offspring so as to attract people’s attention.更多还原
