【Abstract】 Maternal hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism during pregnancy is associated with fetal imparied intelligence development and increased fetal mortality. And these two conditions are commonly seen during pregnancy. So, we suggest that maternal serum thyrotropin and free thyroxine should be monitored in order to diagnose and treat gestational thyroid dysfunction early. In this article, we summarized current status of study on effect of maternal gestational thyroid dysfunction on the fetus.更多还原
