【摘要】 目的了解输卵管复通术的复通率及妊娠率,并探讨其与原输卵管结扎术及复通术式间的关系。方法采用回顾性临床资料分析方法。结果输卵管复通率为96.83%,宫内妊娠率85.7%。结论输卵管复通率和妊娠率与原输卵管结扎术式有关,2点固定翻转复通术及管内注入油剂,对复通有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn reopened rate and pregnancy rate following salpingostomy and to expound correlation of reopened rate and pregnancy rate with patterns of previous ligation of fallopian tubes or reopening operation. Methods Retrospective clinical analysis was conducted. Results The reopened rate of fallopian tubes following salpingostomy was 96.83%, intrauterine pregnancy rate was 85.7%. Conclusion The reopened rate and pregnancy rate were both correlated with the patterns of previous ligation of fallopian tubes, 2 points fixed turn over suture operation combined with intratubal injection of oil solutions is contribute to reopening of fallopian tubes.
