【Abstract】 In this paper, 61 strains LAB were isolated from the sample of milk and milk products collected from the herdsman’s home in Tongliao pastoral area. These strains were identified. Among them, two strains were L. mesenteroides subsp. dextranicum and one was L. pseudomesenteroides. The isolation rate of Leuconostoc was 4.9%.更多还原
