【摘要】 文章从生态旅游的角度出发,从沿海生态旅游资源价值构成分析切入,基于可持续发展的理论构建沿海生态旅游资源价值体系和评价指标。以江苏沿海为例,从哲学、认知论的层面上,分析了沿海生态旅游资源的旅游(审美)、生态(伦理)、经济(功利)价值,从景观生态学、旅游学、心理学、经济学、社会符号学等交叉学科出发探讨了沿海生态旅游资源评价的尺度和过程,最后举例适合沿海生态旅游资源评价的方法,理论联系实际,梳理了评价的主要理论问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecotourism is a sustainable way to protect and develop tourism resources as well as wetland system in coastal areas. The value pricing and symbolizing of tourism resources is the key to evaluation. The system of values should be consistent with those of indicators. Different distinguishing lies on different scales, therefore it is very important for evaluation to take into account of scale changing. On the view of ecotourism, the paper establishes evaluative systems of values and indicators of coastal ecotourism resources based on the theory of sustainable development. The time-space, nature-culture rational and statistical scales (levels) are discussed on the theories and methods of landscape ecological and tourism in the article. On site-level, the value of tourism resources in Jiangsu Coast is evaluated. Combining theory with practice, the main and basic problems of valuation of coastal ecotourism resources are discussed in the paper. The conception of ecotourism and sustainable development presents people’s understanding about the value of nature resource;it also displays people’s thinking of environment in philosophy and ethics field. Evaluation not only confirms the proper of natural resource value but also evaluates it. On the other hand, it explains the rules and the relation among all the components in nature resources as well as displays the relation between resource and travelers’ needs. Evaluation must be based on different scale because evaluation object and value object can’t always inosculate absolutely in practice. Under the guidance of the aims to evaluate the resource, tourism development and its resource using can be kept healthy and sustainable for insuring the ecosystem safe, with estimating the value of tourism, forecasting latency value, choosing the exploitation sequence, and so on. With the evolution in the research on protecting the ecosystem and restoring the destroyed ecosystem, protecting and restoring the seashore wetland ecosystem has become the hot point in the field on environment and ecology, which is the core task of integrated managing coastal zone and examining the management result.
