浅析中国乳业发展的瓶颈
Factors limiting the development of China dairy industry
【摘要】 从乳业生产的原料奶供应、市场需求、质量控制和生态影响4个方面较为详细地分析了当前制约我国乳业进一步高速发展的瓶颈问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。
【Abstract】 Four factors such as milk supply, market demand, quality control, and environment capacity mainly limiting the development of China dairy industry were elucidated in this paper. Additionally, according policy suggestions were also given.
