燃气轮机余热锅炉饱和蒸汽减温时过热器热力计算特点

【摘要】 在建立减温模型的基础上,分析了减温性能特点及其对过热器热工性能和受热面积布置的影响;在介绍该模型下过热器热力计算方法的同时,推导了所用重要热工数据的计算公式,并应用于拟定的工程实例中;结合实例计算结果分析,阐明了采用该方法的作用,指出了燃气轮机余热锅炉在拟定计算工况时应结合当地大气参数变化的特点来进行,从而保证了计算工况的全面性。

【Abstract】 On the basis of building a desuperheating model the attemperation performance features are analyzed along with an assessment of their impact on the superheater thermodynamic performance and the layout of its heating surfaces.Alongside with the description of the thermodynamic calculation method of the superheater under this model a formula has been derived for calculating the major thermodynamic data,which are put to use in a planned engineering project.In conjunction with the analysis of the calculation results for an engineering example the role played by the method under discussion is expounded,pointing out that during the assignment of calculation operating conditions for the gas-turbine waste heat boiler the features of the variation of local atmospheric parameters should be taken into account.This is essential to ensuring the comprehensiveness of the operating conditions being calculated.
