涡轮级叶栅三维湍流流动的数值模拟

【摘要】 采用全三维数值模拟技术和“混合平面”方法传递级间参数,利用k-ε双方程湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,通过求解三维粘性可压缩Favre平均Navier-Stokes方程,对一个考虑顶部间隙的某型船用燃气轮机动力涡轮级叶栅三维湍流流动进行了数值模拟。计算结果与厂家提供的试验结果误差较小。文中给出了影响涡轮级叶栅出口气流角、总压、静压以及总温和静温等各参数的变化规律。

【Abstract】 By way of solving a three dimensional viscous and compressible mass weighted mean or Favre averaged Navier Stokes equation a numerical simulation of the three dimensional turbulent flow was carried out for the power turbine stage cascade of a marine gas turbine with its tip clearance influence being taken into account. The simulation has been accomplished through the adoption of a full three dimensional numerical simulation technique and “mixed plane" method for the transfer of interstage parameters and by using a k ε dual equation turbulent flow model and a SIMPLE algorithm. The results of the calculation were compared with those of experimental tests and a relatively small error has been found. A law is also presented, which governs the variation of some parameters at the outlet of the turbine stage cascade along the blade height direction, such as air flow angle, total pressure, static pressure, as well as total temperature and static temperature, etc.
