基于模糊控制的智能电锅炉控制系统
Fuzzy Control based Intelligent Control System of an Electric Boiler
【摘要】 介绍了一种新型智能全自动电锅炉控制系统,并给出了系统的工作原理、硬0件结构及软件流程。本系统采用ATMEL公司单片机系列中的AT89C52为CPU,选用MAXIM公司的微机监控电路和看门狗技术,应用铁电存储器FM1608S存储用户的参数设置,采用SSR作为开关器件,采用独特的新型单线智能数字温度传感器DS1820作为测温元件,测温精度可达0.5℃,这种数字传感器可以与单片机直接连接无需其它电路。文中采用二维模糊控制器构成单片机模糊检测与控制系统,并给出了模糊控制器系统的结构图、模糊控制规则基表和模糊控制表。实际使用证明该系统具有优良的测控效果,可使室内温度控制精度为±1℃。
【Abstract】 A novel intelligent and fully automatic control system for an electric boiler is described and the working principles, hardware structure and software flow path of the system are presented. The control system adopts AT89C52 in the single chip processor series of ATMEL Co. to serve as a central processing unit and has selected the microcomputer monitoring circuits and watchdog technology of MAXIM Co. A ferroelectric memory FM1608S is employed to store the parameters set by an end user and a solid state relay used to serve as a switching device. An original and novel single line intelligent digit temperature sensor DS1820 serves as a temperature measuring element, which can attain a temperature measruing precision of 0.5℃. This type of digital sensor can be connected directly to a single chip processor with no need for other circuits. The single chip processor based fuzzy detection and control system under discussion consists of a two dimensional fuzzy control device. A construction drawing of the fuzzy controller system is given along with a fuzzy control rules base table and a fuzzy control table. Practical use experience of the control system has demonstrated its excellent measurement and control effectiveness with the in door temperature being controlled to a precision level of ±1℃.
