【Abstract】 Based on researches on related drought indexes at home and abroad and aimed at characteristics of droughts in Fujian,this paper presents drought indexes for Fujian Pvovince and criterion and method of judgement from the point of view of drought prevention and calamity reduction.12 kinds of drought indexes are used.Comprehensive judgement method and 4 grades for drought are put forward to form the drought indexes system for Fujian Province.更多还原
