循环流化床锅炉技术领域几个前沿课题的研究

【摘要】 对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉技术领域几个前沿课题的研究工作进行了分析与总结。200MW及以上容量的CFB锅炉大型化技术的关键是外置换热器的研究和开发,为此西安热工研究院有限公司开发了分流式回灰换热器专利技术,并以此为基础提出了“复合炉型”的设计思想和炉型方案:200MWCFB锅炉布置可采用H型和M型两种方式;国产300MWCFB锅炉是200MWCFB锅炉炉型的进一步放大。超临界CFB锅炉可同时实现高效发电和清洁燃烧,是CFB锅炉技术发展的必然趋势。对600MW超临界CFB锅炉的关键技术进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The research work for several forward tasks in technical sector of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers has been analysed and summarized. The key for developing 200 MW and larger CFB boilers is to research and develop externally positioned heat exchanger. For this, the Xi’an Thermal Power Research Institute Co Ltd has developed a pattened technology of splitting type returning ash heat exchanger. Taking this technology as a basis, the design ideology of “composite boiler type” and its scheme have been put forward. The 200 MW CFB boiler can be designed to use two types of configuration, i.e. H or M type of layout, and can be scaled up to 300 MW. Since supercritical CFB boiler can simutaneously realize high efficiency and clean combustion, being the inexorable trend of technical development for CFB boilers, and then the key technologies for developing 600 MW CFB boiler being analysed.
