【摘要】 白村发电厂锅炉补给水为采用常规二级过滤+二级反渗透+EDI电除盐工艺处理的地下深井水。简要介绍EDI电除盐处理工艺流程及其设计、调试要点。实际运行结果表明,该厂除盐系统运行可靠,完全满足锅炉补给水水质要求,具有无需酸碱再生、易于操作、可连续制水、出水水质稳定等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The makeup water for boilers in Baicun Power Plant of Hancheng City is taking from underground deep well,adopting treatment technology of conventional twostage filtration + twostage reverse osmosis + EDI electric demineralizer.The design and debugging essentials of treatment technology process and EDI demineralizer have been briefly presented.Results of practical operation show that the operation of demineralizing system in the said power plant is reliable,completely satisfying the requirements of water quality of makeup water for boilers,at the same time,having the following features: need not regeneration of acid and alkali;easily to operate;can continuously to make water;quality of output water to be stable.更多还原
