基于超声波方法的管内气固两相流浓度测量技术
TECHNIQUE FOR MEASURING CONCENTRATION OF GAS-SOLID TWO-PHASE FLOW INSIDE THE PIPE BASED ON ULTRASONIC METHOD
【摘要】 对一种基于超声波被动接收原理的管内气固两相流浓度测量方法进行了研究。在煤粉的弯头外侧装设超声波接收器,通过接收气固两相流内固体颗粒撞击弯头管壁产生的超声波信号,经过增益器将信号传送到计算机,计算机对超声波信号处理后,根据不同固体浓度下信号特征的变化获得管内气固两相流的浓度。试验结果表明,该方法可实现气固两相流中固体浓度的连续在线测量,采用方均根电压作为超声信号的分析具有最佳的分辨率。
【Abstract】 A method for measuring concentration of gassolid twophase flow inside the pipe based on ultrasonic passive receiving principle has been studied. Installing ultrasonic receiver outside the elbow bent pipe of pulverized coal, through receiving ultrasonic signal produced by impact of solid particles in gassolid twophase flow with the wall of elbow bent pipe, the produced signal is transmitted through a gain booster to a computer; after processing the ultrasonic signal by the computer, the concentration of gassolid twophase flow inside the pipe can be obtained on the basis of signal characteristic variation under different solid concentration. Test results show that the online continuous measurement of solid concentration in the gassolid twophase flow can be realized by using the said method. Using rms value of the voltage as ultrasonic signal, the analysis boasts optimal resolving capability.
