轴向涡流燃烧器内部流动数值分析
Numerical simulation of nonreacting flows for axial swirl burner
【摘要】 以 STAR-CD等计算分析软件为基础建立了一个基于完整真实的三维几何结构的燃烧器内部流动数值分析平台 ;利用数值模拟的方法 ,分别对两种不同二次风风口尺寸情况轴向涡流燃烧器的流场进行了数值模拟 ,以此来分析轴向涡流燃烧器内部流动情况。利用计算分析系统 ,可以分析燃烧器内部流动的一些主要特征 ,为电厂实际生产提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 A numerical analytic system was established for the study of the internal flow of the axial flow whirlpool combustor in this thesis, based on the real 3-D geometry and powerful commercial software STAR-CD. Two test cases were examined with different second wind inlet area in accordance with the real practice for the control of the flow pattern in the plant. Result indicates that numerical solution agrees quite well with experimental result reported. The system developed in this paper may provide a guideline for the proper control of the combustor.
