【摘要】 人力资源是东北地区振兴的关键要素,通过对人力资源产业结构和城镇人力资源就业两方面现状的分析可以看到东北三省现有的人力资源总量大、素质较高;科研机构和大中专院校聚集和具有人力资源开发潜力的人力资源优势,以及东北地区面临的专业人才流失严重;人力资源没有充分利用;企业未能成为研究与开发(R&D)主体等方面的人力资源问题。针对东北振兴面临的人力资源问题提出了相应的解决对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human Resources is the key factor of Northeast China revival. According to analysis on human resources industry structure and urban employment, it shows the high quantity and quality of current human resources in northeast China; the advantages of human resources potential,and the severity of losing professionals in the area,not making good use of current human resources, the problem of enterprise not becoming R&D center.
