【摘要】 丹江口水库为南水北调中线工程水源地。通过分析水源地面临的主要环境问题,提出了较科学、合理的对策:借鉴三峡移民的成功经验,走开发式安置移民之路;设立水源保护区,将生态环境保护和建设纳入综合治理和建设重点;增强法制建设,提高生态环境保护管理能力;实施工程全面合作,统一协调工程的规划、开发和管理,兼顾各地利益;国家适当的扶持,确保水源地社会经济可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Danjiangkou reservoir is the water source area of the middle route project of S-N water transfer. Through the analysis of faced main environment problems of the water sources area, the scientific and reasonable countermeasures are suggested: using the successful resettlement experiences of Three Gorges reservoir area for reference, adopting the development oriented resettlement mode, setting-up water source protection area, bringing the ecological environment protection and construction into the main items of comprehensive harnessing and construction; enhancing the construction of legal system, strengthening the management ability of the ecological environment protection; implementing all-round cooperation of works construction, integrating and coordinating the planning, development and management; giving consideration to the benefits of different areas; the government gives proper support to guarantee the sustainable development of society and economy in the water source area.更多还原
