【摘要】 研究了青海混合原油润滑油基础油的加工工艺。根据该原油润滑油料的性质,对减压一、二、三线中性油馏分采用正序加工,而减四线中性油馏分及光亮油料则采用反序加工,并分别以精制油的酸值、倾点和颜色号为目标值研究了各润滑油料的溶剂精制、酮苯脱蜡和白土补充精制的加工工艺,确定了合理的大样制备条件和润滑油基础油加工工序。更多还原

【Abstract】 The processing technology of lube base oil stocks obtained from Qinghai mixed crude oil was studied. A positive treating procedure was used for the treatment of the first, second and third vacuum side-cut, and a reverse treating procedure was used for the treatment of the fourth vacuum side-cut and bright stock according to the properties of lube stocks. The solvent refining, ketone-benzol dewaxing and clay finishing processes of various lube stocks, in which the target values are the acid number, pour point and color number relatively, were studied. Finally, the preparing conditions of large sample and rational treating procedure were determined.更多还原
