永磁体参数对磁流密封能力影响的研究

【摘要】 使用ANSYS软件分析了稀土永磁体的磁性能和几何参数及永磁体的数量与匹配方式对磁流密封能力的影响,并通过实验对永磁体数量与匹配方式对密封能力影响的理论分析进行了验证。研究表明,稀土永磁体的几何及性能参数对磁流密封能力的影响都很大,特别是永磁体的轴向长度,永磁体的外径和密封轴径之间的差值的影响尤为突出,在本文研究的范围内,这两个因素影响分别为24%和74%。

【Abstract】 The effect of magnetic performance and geometry parameters as well construction parameters of rare earth permanent magnet on magnetic fluid seals capacity were investigated with ANSYS software.Furthermore,the effect of the numbers and lays of the rare earth permanent magnet on the capacity of magnetic fluid seals was verified by comparing the theoretical analysis with experiments values.The results show that the rare earth permanent magnet geometry and performance parameters have a great effect on the capacity of magnetic fluid seals.Especially,the difference between the axis radius and the rare earth permanent magnet outer radius,the axis direction dimension of permanent magnet.In the study range of this paper,the effect of the two factors is respectively 24% and 74%。
