磷(膦)之星极压复合添加剂的摩擦特性的研究

【摘要】以磷之星T120、膦之星T115和T321为主剂, 配合多功能剂配制了磷之星P120和膦之星P115极压复合剂。在四球试验机上进行了试验, 得到了润滑油的磨斑直径 (WSD)、最大无卡咬负荷 (pB) 和烧结负荷 (pD) 随添加剂的添加量变化的曲线。结果表明, 两种添加剂都具有很高的最大无卡咬负荷值 (pB) 和烧结负荷值 (pD), 但磨斑的直径相差很大, 曲线的变化规律各不相同, 其中P120的磨斑直径较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two kinds of extreme pressure packages P120 and P115 were composed with T120,T115 and T321 as main additives and multiple function’s package.The tests were done with the four ball testing machine.The charts of the wear scar diameter (WSD),maximum non-seizer load(.p._B value) and weld point load (.p._D value) to the quality’s scale of the packages were done.The results prove the two packages have a high .p._B value and a high .p._D value.But the WSD is different,P120 has less WSD than P115.更多还原
