影响弹流润滑偏离经典弹流润滑理论的三种因素
Study on Three Elements to Cause Practical Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication to Deviate from Conventional Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication
【摘要】 详述了在高速、重载和大滑滚比下, 影响弹流润滑偏离经典弹流润滑理论的三个因素, 即温度效应、润滑剂的非牛顿效应和表面粗糙度效应, 并指出了今后的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Three important factors that cause practical elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) to deviate from theoretic EHL,including temperature effect,non-Newtonian effect of lubricant and surface roughness effect were discussed in the condition of high rolling speeds,heavy loads and large slide-roll ratios,and the developmental direction of EHL in the future was pointed out.
