对流体动力润滑基本方程的再探讨
Re-investigation of Hydrodynamic Lubrication Basic Equations
【摘要】 对流体动力润滑的基本方程重新进行了探讨, 严格证明了雷诺方程的右端小于零是在两润滑表面之间形成流体动力润滑的充要条件, 指出形成稳定的流体动力润滑并不需要同时具有相对滑动速度和沿速度方向收敛的间隙。在廓清雷诺方程中的挤压作用项和楔形作用项的概念的同时, 针对移动表面的润滑问题, 提出一个比现在通行的雷诺方程更具一般性的雷诺方程。
【Abstract】 The basic equations of hydrodynamic lubrication were investigated.It strictly proved that the right side of the Reynolds equations being less than zero is sufficient and essential to create hydrodynamic lubrication between two lubrication surfaces.It pointed out that the formation of steady hydrodynamic lubrication does not require the co-existence of relative slip velocity and converging slots.While explicating the concepts of squeezing term and the wedging term in the Reynolds equations,a modified Reynolds equation with better universality was proposed with regarding to the sliding surface lubrication problem.
