汽车同步器齿环摩擦材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Property of the Friction Materials of Synchronizing Ring of Automobile
【摘要】 选用腰果壳油、三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂作为粘结基体, 碳纤维作为增强材料, 加入铁粉、铜粉等摩擦性能调节剂, 经过配方设计、混合、压制、固化, 制备了汽车同步器齿环摩擦材料。对其摩擦磨损性能、抗冲击性能、硬度、胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度等性能进行了测定。试验结果表明: 摩擦材料的摩擦因数稳定在 0 .3 ~0 .37, 磨损率 <0 .5×10-7cm3 /(N·m); 冲击强度>30N·cm /cm2; 洛氏硬度>100; 在 2. 54kN最大载荷下的胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度>4 .06MPa。可以满足汽车同步器齿环的工作要求。
【Abstract】 A kind of phenolic resin modified by cashew nut oil and melamine was presented.This resin was reinforced by carbon fibre,with expansion iron powder,brass powder,etc as the complex reinforcing agents.A new frictional resistant composite of automobile synchronizer tooth ring was obtained through formulation designing,mixing,moulding process.The friction coefficient and wear ratio,the impact strengths,the hardness and the intensity of the adhesive of friction materials were measured.The result of the test shows that a new frictional resistant composite of automobile synchronizer tooth ring with the friction factor of 0.3~0.37,wear ratio<0.5×10 -7 cm3/(N·m),impact strength>30 N·cm/cm2,hardness>100,under 2.54 kN greatest load the intensity of the adhesive>4.06 MPa was obtained,which can meet the request of automobile synchronizer tooth ring.
