抗凝血生物医用聚氨酯材料研究进展
DEVELOPMENT OF ANTITHROMBOGENIC BIOMEDICAL POLYURETHANES
【摘要】 介绍了近20年来抗凝血聚氨酯材料用作人造导管及其表面改性的方法和途径。内容涉及亲水性修饰、肝素化、类肝素化,磷酸酯基团修饰及其他修饰方法等。
【Abstract】 Many approaches were employed to develop blood compatible polymers for artificial blood vessel.The latest developments of surface modification of polyurethanes were reviewed.In this paper emphatically some traditional and recent attempts to improve the antithrombogenicity of polyurethane,such as increasing the surface hydrophilicity,heparin immobilization,heparinoid modification,phospholipid group,and attachment of other biological actives were discussed.
