双马来酰亚胺树脂微球的制备

【摘要】 合成了1种新型的聚醚酰亚胺(PEI-A)。将PEI-A与双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)和二烯丙基双酚A(DBA)体系共混,经反应诱导相分离,制备了3~5μmBMI树脂微球。

【Abstract】 The preparation of a novel polyetherimide(PEI-A) with low T_g was reported in this paper.The BMI resin microspheres with 3~5 μm diameter were prepared by the blend of PEI-A/BMI monomer and diallyl bisphenol (DBA),through reaction-induced phase separation.The result showed that the system of PEI-A/BMI monomer and DBA was suitable to prepare BMI resin microspheres with micrometer size.With increase of PEI-A content (as below 50 percent),bismaleimide resin microsphere particle size decreases,but their particle size distributions became narrow.
