新型聚氨酯材料酯键共价结合肝素的研究
STUDY ON COVALENT IMMOBILIZATION OF HEPARIN ONTO A NEW POLYURETHANE BY ESTER BONDS
【摘要】 研究了1种新型聚氨酯材料表面结合肝素的方法,材料表面经过活化,引入活性位点放大剂及扩链剂,肝素分子以酯键方式共价结合到聚氨酯材料表面,其表面肝素结合最高,可达(7 224±0 094)×10-2g/m2,肝素活性高,体外抗凝血性检测PT>169s,APTT>249s,能够应用于聚氨酯人工生物材料的生物相容性改进。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a novel method to immobilize heparin onto the polyurethane (PU) surface was discussed.Heparin was covalently bonded to the PU surface by ester bonds after surface activation and use of amplification polymers.The surface heparin content was higher about (7.224±0.094)×10-2 g/m2. It has great anticoagulation and the PT was above 169 s and APTT above 249 s.So it could be used to improve the biocompatibility of biomaterials.
