海泡石显微结构对涂层材料隔热性能影响
Influence of Sepiolite Microstructure on Thermal Insulation Properties of Coating Material
【摘要】 将天然海泡石多孔矿物材料进行适当粒度的球磨加工,制成隔热涂料。本文从海泡石的粒径、分散程度及显微结构对涂料隔热性能影响的角度出发用SEM、TEM对海泡石显微结构进行表征。结果表明:以适当球磨工艺制备的海泡石微粉为隔热添加剂的隔热涂料,与以一般加工方法制备的海泡石矿粉为隔热添加剂的隔热涂料相比,隔热效果可提高5℃。通过SEM、TEM分析,球磨后海泡石显微结构发生了改变,由纤维的簇状结构变成由大量单个纤维组成的团聚体。经超声波分散后,海泡石纤维的团聚态被打破,涂料的隔热效果可再提高2℃。涂层隔热效果不仅仅与海泡石纤维颗粒粒径有关,还与海泡石纤维分散程度及显微结构有关。
【Abstract】 The thermal insulation coating material was prepared by ultrafine processing in the ball mill using the natural sepiolite porous mineral. The microstructure of sepiolite was characterized by means of SEM and TEM in terms of size, dispersion and microstructure. The results show that the thermal insulation effect of the coating with sepiolite ball-milled is 5℃ higher than that of natural sepiolite. The microstructure of sepiolite was changed by ball-milling. And the fascicular structure of sepiolite became an aggregate structure made up of single fiber. After ultrasonic dispersion, the aggregate structure of sepiolite was broken. And the thermal insulation effect of the coating of sepiolite can be risen 2℃ again. The thermal insulation effect of the coating is related to the sepiolite size, dispersion and microstructure in the coating.
